Welcome to the online home of our co-op, located in the Turtle Bay section of the island of Manhattan. Built in 1957, we are a 8-floor co-op that is largely owner occupied. It is a well-maintained post-war building where residents enjoy a live-in superintendent, elevator, bike room, on-site storage rental facility and central laundry.

This is the central source for shareholders and residents to access general building information, time-sensitive announcements and relevant documents.
